Hi, my name is Kim S (the younger one of the Kim’s… also being in pony club 49 years). I achieved my H & A Certificates in my teens and have represented the club, district and area in most disciplines. I think I’ve held most roles at pony being club, being Head Coach at Warkworth for a while & then District Commissioner. This year I’m coaching at both Matakana & Warkworth Pony Clubs - doing mainly the D+, C & C+ groups.

 

My speciality discipline was Showjumping which saw me competing to what is now GP. University, work & family then occurred before 2 of my kids started riding & were also successful Showjumpers. With kids no longer riding I became a showjumping judge & was nominated as a steward. Recently I passed exams with both and am now a Level 2 SJ Judge and Level 3 Steward. So if you’re showjumping or doing Show Hunter around the upper north island you’ll likely see me.
